California High School Volleyball - Corona tips Hillcrest

August 24, 2023: Riverside, CA 92503

The crowd at Thursday's non-league bout between the Corona Panthers (Corona, CA) and the host Hillcrest Trojans (Riverside, CA), saw Corona's volleyball squad nip Hillcrest by a tally of 3-2.

With the win, Corona upgrades its record to 8-1 on the year. The Panthers travel to Northwood (Irvine, CA) to play the Timberwolves in a non-league bout on Saturday, August 26. The Timberwolves go into the bout with a record of 7-1. Northwood won 3-0 in their recent non-league bout against La Quinta (Westminster, CA)

The Trojans now own a 5-3 record. They play next when they host Jurupa Valley for a non-league bout on Tuesday, August 29.
