In Thursday's non-league contest, the First Baptist Saints (Dallas, TX) volleyball squad knocked off the host Covenant Christian Cougars (Conroe, TX), by a margin of 2-0.

Next up, the Saints battle the Faith Academy Knights (Bellville, TX) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, August 24. First Baptist will attempt to better on its 15-1 season record. The Knights come into the contest with a 6-3 record after their 3-1 non-league win over Allen Academy (Bryan, TX).
