In Thursday's non-league battle, the host University Charter Trail Blazers volleyball team scored a decisive 25-15 triumph over the Hale County Wildcats.

The Trail Blazers (2-0) will now prepare for their battle against South Lamar (Millport, AL). The Stallions come into the non-league battle with a 2-2 record. In their last battle, South Lamar lost by Fayette County (Fayette, AL), 2-0, in a non-league battle.
