August 24, 2024: Uniontown, PA 15401 Laurel Highlands Mustangs (Uniontown, PA) followers went home pleased Saturday as they saw their football team nip the host Uniontown Red Raiders (Uniontown, PA), 14-12 in a non-league battle.
With the win, Laurel Highlands advances its record to 1-0 on the season. The Mustangs host Ambridge (Ambridge, PA) to play the Bridgers in a non-league battle on Saturday, August 31. The Bridgers go into the battle with a record of 0-0.
The Red Raiders now own a 0-1 record. They play next when they travel to Southern for a non-league battle on Monday, September 9.
