August 24, 2024: Annapolis, MD 21401 Fans at Saturday's non-league battle between the Walter Johnson Wildcats (Bethesda, MD) and the host Broadneck Bruins (Annapolis, MD), saw Walter Johnson's soccer squad knock off Broadneck by a count of 3-1.
The Wildcats (2-0) will now prepare for their battle against Northwest (Germantown, MD). The Jaguars enter the non-league battle with a 1-1 record. In their last battle, Northwest tipped Tuscarora (Frederick, MD), 3-2, in a non-league battle.
Next up, the Bruins battle the Mount St. Joseph Gaels (Baltimore, MD) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, August 27. Broadneck will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
