Kentucky High School Soccer - Muhlenberg County toppled by Apollo
August 24, 2024: Owensboro, KY 42301 Apollo Eagles (Owensboro, KY) backers exited the stadium pleased Saturday as they witnessed their soccer team beat the visiting Muhlenberg County Mustangs (Greenville, KY), 4-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Apollo advances its record to 3-2 on the campaign. The Eagles host Daviess County (Owensboro, KY) to clash with the Panthers in a District 9 test on Thursday, August 29. The Panthers come into the test with a record of 3-1. Daviess County won 2-0 in their recent league test against Owensboro (Owensboro, KY)
The Mustangs now have a 2-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Foundation Christian Academy for a non-league battle on Thursday, August 29.
