Oklahoma High School Softball - Dickson gets by Idabel
August 24, 2024: Ardmore, OK 73401 The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Dickson Comets (Ardmore, OK) and the visiting Idabel Warriors (Idabel, OK), observed Dickson's softball team get by Idabel by a tally of 6-5.
The Comets (2-7) will now prepare for their bout against Purcell (Purcell, OK). The Dragons go into the non-league bout with a 6-6 record. In their last bout, Purcell tipped Noble (Noble, OK), 12-2, in a non-league bout.
In their next game, the Warriors clash with the Atoka Wampus Cats (Atoka, OK) in a 3A bout, on Monday, August 26. Idabel will attempt to advance on its 3-4 season record. The Wampus Cats go into the bout with a 6-5 record after their 20-7 non-league win over Marietta (Marietta, OK).
