The Pirates now own a 6-4 record. They play next when they travel to Checotah for a 4A District 6 game on Monday, August 26. Poteau will play a Wildcats squad coming off a 7-0 non-league win over Okmulgee (Okmulgee, OK). The Wildcats record now stands at 10-3.
