August 24, 2024: Leland, MI 49654 Fowler Eagles (Fowler, MI) boosters left the game satisfied Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Leland Comets (Leland, MI), 2-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Fowler improves its record to 3-0 on the season. The Eagles travel to Marshall (Marshall, MI) to face the Redhawks in a non-league test on Saturday, August 24. The Redhawks go into the test with a record of 0-0.
The Comets now own a 0-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Cadillac for a non-league test on Friday, August 30. Leland will face a Vikings squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Houghton Lake (Houghton Lake, MI). The Vikings record now stands at 5-1.
