August 24, 2024: Albany, GA 31721 In Saturday's non-league match, the Rickards Raiders (Tallahassee, FL) volleyball squad tipped the host Sherwood Christian Academy Eagles (Albany, GA), by a count of 2-1.
Next up, the Raiders battle the Suwannee Bulldogs (Live Oak, FL) in a 4A District 2 match, on Monday, August 26. Rickards will attempt to move on its 3-2 season record. The Bulldogs enter the match with a 1-2 record after their 3-1 league loss to Baker County (Glen St. Mary, FL).
The Eagles (1-5) will now prepare for their match against Brookstone (Columbus, GA). The Cougars enter the non-league match with a 12-3 record. In their last match, Brookstone held off Shaw (Columbus, GA), 3-0, in a non-league match.
