August 25, 2022: Farmington, NM 87401 The Navajo Prep Eagles football team (Farmington, NM), was beaten 28-14 in Thursday's non-league challenge with the visiting Wingate Bears (Fort Wingate, NM)
The Bears (1-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Tohatchi (Tohatchi, NM). The Cougars come into the non-league challenge with a 1-1 record. In their last challenge, Tohatchi was beaten by Escalante (Tierra Amarilla, NM), 28-0, in a non-league challenge.
The Eagles now sport a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they host Escalante for a non-league challenge on Thursday, September 1. Navajo Prep will meet a Lobos team coming off a 28-0 non-league win over Tohatchi (Tohatchi, NM). The Lobos record now stands at 1-1.
