Michigan High School Football - North Branch trounces Thurston
August 25, 2022: Redford, MI 48239 In Thursday's non-league match, the visiting North Branch Broncos football squad scored a big 42-3 victory over the Thurston Eagles.
In their next game, the Broncos clash with the Imlay City Spartans (Imlay City, MI) in a Blue Water Area match, on Friday, September 2. North Branch will attempt to move on its 1-0 season record. The Spartans enter the match with a 0-1 record after their 26-0 non-league loss to Hazel Park (Hazel Park, MI).
The Eagles (0-2) will now prepare for their test against Robichaud (Dearborn Heights, MI). The Bulldogs come into the Western Wayne test with a 2-0 record. In their last test, Robichaud triumphed over Sigma Academy for Leadership (Highland Park, MI), 45-17, in a non-league test.
