With the triumph, South Stokes improves its record to 1-1 on the campaign. The Sauras travel to McMichael (Mayodan, NC) to battle the Phoenix in a non-league test on Thursday, September 1. The Phoenix come into the test with a record of 0-2. McMichael lost 44-12 in their recent non-league test against Bartlett Yancey (Yanceyville, NC)
With the loss, Bishop McGuinness drops to 0-1 on the campaign. The Villains travel to Providence Grove (Franklinville, NC) to battle the Patriots in a non-league test on Thursday, September 1. The Patriots come into the test with a record of 2-0. Providence Grove won 23-0 in their recent non-league test against Southern Guilford (Greensboro, NC)
