August 25, 2022: Monroe, GA 30656 In Thursday's non-league battle, the host Monroe Area Purple Hurricanes volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Salem Seminoles.
The Purple Hurricanes (5-9) will now prepare for their battle against King's Ridge Christian (Alpharetta, GA). The Tigers come into the non-league battle with a 1-1 record. In their last battle, King's Ridge Christian defeated Galloway (Atlanta, GA), 2-0, in a league battle.
Next, the Seminoles encounter the Jefferson Forest Cavaliers (Forest, VA) in a non-league battle, on Wednesday, August 31. Salem will attempt to move on its 0-1 season record.
