California High School Volleyball - Santa Clarita Christian edged by Burroughs
August 25, 2022: Burbank, CA 91506 The Burroughs Bears held off the visiting Santa Clarita Christian Cardinals volleyball team by a score of 3-2 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Bears now have a 1-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to South Hills for a non-league test on Thursday, September 1. Burroughs will confront a Huskies team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to South Pasadena (South Pasadena, CA). The Huskies record now stands at 2-2.
The Cardinals (1-1) will now prepare for their test against The Palmdale Aerospace Academy (Palmdale, CA). The Griffins enter the Heritage test with a 2-1 record. In their last test, The Palmdale Aerospace Academy held off Hillcrest Christian (Thousand Oaks, CA), 3-0, in a non-league test.
