Alabama High School Volleyball - Houston County edged by Carroll
August 25, 2022: Ozark, AL 36360 The Carroll Eagles volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Houston County Lions to 2 in the Eagles non-league victory on Thursday.
The Eagles now have a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Ariton for a non-league game on Saturday, August 27. Carroll will meet a Purple Cats team coming off a 3-2 non-league win over Charles Henderson (Troy, AL). The Purple Cats record now stands at 2-0.
The Lions (2-1) will now prepare for their game against Florala (Florala, AL). The Wildcats enter the non-league game with a 2-0 record. In their last game, Florala held off Geneva County (Hartford, AL), 3-0, in a non-league game.
