In Thursday's non-league contest, the River Valley Raiders (Bidwell, OH) volleyball squad were winner over the host Miller Falcons (Corning, OH), by a margin of 3-1.

Next up, the Raiders face the South Gallia Rebels (Crown City, OH) in a non-league contest, on Monday, August 29. River Valley will attempt to better on its 3-0 season record.

With the loss, Miller moves to 0-2 on the year. The Falcons host Crooksville (Crooksville, OH) to face the Ceramics in a non-league contest on Saturday, August 27. The Ceramics go into the contest with a record of 1-3. Crooksville lost 3-0 in their recent league contest against Meadowbrook (Byesville, OH)
