The Aberdeen Central Golden Eagles football team (Aberdeen, SD), was ripped 32-0 in Friday's league challenge with the visiting Riggs Governors (Pierre, SD)

The Governors (1-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Brookings (Brookings, SD). The Bobcats come into the Eastern South Dakota - AA challenge with a 0-1 record. In their last challenge, Brookings was ripped by Watertown (Watertown, SD), 33-0, in a league challenge.

The Golden Eagles now sport a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Tea for a Eastern South Dakota - AA challenge on Friday, September 1. Aberdeen Central will meet a Titans team coming off a 27-26 league win over Huron (Huron, SD). The Titans record now stands at 1-0.
