California High School Football - Homestead drops to Aragon

August 25, 2023: Cupertino, CA 95014

In Friday's non-league game, the Aragon Dons (San Mateo, CA) football team knocked off the host Homestead Mustangs (Cupertino, CA), by a score of 41-13.

The Dons (1-0) will now prepare for their game against Monterey (Monterey, CA). The Dores come into the non-league game with a 1-0 record. In their last game, Monterey toppled St. Francis (Watsonville, CA), 35-0, in a non-league game.

The Mustangs now sport a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they host Silver Creek for a non-league game on Friday, September 1. Homestead will battle a Raiders team coming off a 47-0 non-league win over Evergreen Valley (San Jose, CA). The Raiders record now stands at 1-0.
