The Milan Bulldogs thwarted the host Chester County Eagles football team by a count of 35-27 in Friday's non-league outing.

With the win, Milan upgrades its record to 2-0 on the season. The Bulldogs host Gibson County (Dyer, TN) to encounter the Pioneers in a 2A Region 6 outing on Friday, September 1. The Pioneers go into the outing with a record of 0-2. Gibson County lost 28-20 in their recent non-league outing against Tipton-Rosemark Academy (Millington, TN)

With the loss, Chester County moves to 0-2 on the season. The Eagles host McKenzie (McKenzie, TN) to encounter the Rebels in a non-league outing on Friday, September 1.
