Pennsylvania High School Football - Valley View nips Crestwood

August 25, 2023: Archbald, PA 18403

In Friday's non-league match, the host Valley View Cougars football squad scored a close 21-14 victory over the Crestwood Comets.

In their next game, the Cougars clash with the Berwick Bulldogs (Berwick, PA) in a non-league match, on Friday, September 1. Valley View will attempt to move on its 1-0 season record. The Bulldogs enter the match with a 0-1 record after their 50-0 non-league loss to Southern Columbia Area (Catawissa, PA).

The Comets (0-1) will now prepare for their match against Dallas (Dallas, PA). The Mountaineers enter the Wyoming Valley 4A match with a 1-0 record. In their last match, Dallas held off Abington Heights (Clarks Summit, PA), 33-28, in a non-league match.
