The Elgin Comets walloped the host Ridgedale Rockets football team by a count of 32-0 in Friday's league outing.

With the win, Elgin upgrades its record to 2-0 on the season. The Comets travel to North Baltimore (North Baltimore, OH) to encounter the Tigers in a Northwest Central outing on Friday, September 1. The Tigers go into the outing with a record of 1-1. North Baltimore lost 49-21 in their recent league outing against Hardin Northern (Dola, OH)
