California High School Football - Taft victorious over Los Angeles

In Friday's non-league match, the host Taft Toreadors football squad scored a good 28-0 victory over the Los Angeles Romans.

In their next game, the Toreadors clash with the Dymally Challengers (Los Angeles, CA) in a non-league match, on Thursday, August 31. Taft will attempt to move on its 1-1 season record. The Challengers enter the match with a 2-0 record after their 47-41 non-league win over Buena (Ventura, CA).

The Romans (0-2) will now prepare for their match against Hawkins (Los Angeles, CA). The Hawks enter the non-league match with a 1-1 record. In their last match, Hawkins thwarted Diego Rivera (Los Angeles, CA), 42-22, in a non-league match.
