Wilson Wildcats (Dallas, TX) fans left the game content Friday as they saw their football team nip the host MacArthur Cardinals (Irving, TX), 38-35 in a non-league test.

With the triumph, Wilson improves its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Wildcats host Emerson (McKinney, TX) to battle the Mavericks in a non-league test on Friday, September 1. The Mavericks come into the test with a record of 1-0. Emerson won 69-3 in their recent non-league test against Hillcrest (Dallas, TX)

With the loss, MacArthur drops to 0-1 on the campaign. The Cardinals host Bell (Hurst, TX) to battle the Blue Raiders in a non-league test on Thursday, August 31. The Blue Raiders come into the test with a record of 1-0. Bell won 36-14 in their recent non-league test against Bishop Lynch (Dallas, TX)
