California High School Football - Argonaut routed by Union Mine
August 25, 2023: Jackson, CA 95642 The Argonaut Mustangs football team (Jackson, CA), was ripped 32-0 in Friday's non-league challenge with the visiting Union Mine Diamondbacks (El Dorado, CA)
The Diamondbacks (2-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Amador (Sutter Creek, CA). The Buffaloes come into the non-league challenge with a 1-0 record. In their last challenge, Amador trounced Golden Sierra (Garden Valley, CA), 42-12, in a non-league challenge.
The Mustangs now sport a 0-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Livingston for a non-league challenge on Friday, September 1. Argonaut will meet a Wolves team coming off a 21-14 non-league loss to Pacheco (Los Banos, CA). The Wolves record now stands at 1-1.
