Utah High School Volleyball - Bishop Gorman tips Desert Hills

August 25, 2023: St. George, UT 84790

Bishop Gorman Gaels (Las Vegas, NV) supporters left the game in high spirits Friday as they observed their volleyball squad hold off the host Desert Hills Thunder (St. George, UT), 3-2 in a non-league match.

Next up, the Gaels battle the Foothill Falcons (Henderson, NV) in a 5A Southern - Desert match, on Monday, August 28. Bishop Gorman will attempt to advance on its 2-0 season record. The Falcons come into the match with a 5-5 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Boulder City (Boulder City, NV).

With the loss, Desert Hills drops to 6-4 on the campaign. The Thunder host Ridgeline (Millville, UT) to battle the Riverhawks in a non-league match on Saturday, August 26. The Riverhawks come into the match with a record of 1-1. Ridgeline lost 3-0 in their recent non-league match against Bishop Gorman (Las Vegas, NV)
