Utah High School Volleyball - Carbon over Dixie
August 25, 2023: St. George, UT 84770 The crowd at Friday's non-league bout between the Carbon Dinos (Price, UT) and the host Dixie Flyers (St. George, UT), saw Carbon's volleyball squad beat Dixie by a tally of 2-0.
With the win, Carbon upgrades its record to 5-0 on the year. The Dinos travel to Waterford (Sandy, UT) to play the Ravens in a non-league bout on Friday, August 25. The Ravens go into the bout with a record of 1-1. Waterford lost 3-2 in their recent non-league bout against Summit Academy (Bluffdale, UT)
The Flyers (1-4) will now prepare for their test against Spanish Fork (Spanish Fork, UT). The Dons enter the non-league test with a 1-2 record. In their last test, Spanish Fork was knocked off by Cedar (Cedar City, UT), 3-0, in a non-league test.
