Denbigh Baptist Christian Minutemen (Newport News, VA) supporters left the game in high spirits Friday as they observed their volleyball squad hold off the host Prince George Royals (Prince George, VA), 2-1 in a non-league match.

Next up, the Minutemen battle the Grove Christian School Falcons (Richmond, VA) in a non-league match, on Friday, August 25. Denbigh Baptist Christian will attempt to advance on its 1-2 season record. The Falcons come into the match with a 2-0 record after their 3-0 league win over Williamsburg Christian Academy (Williamsburg, VA).
