August 25, 2023: San Francisco, CA 94109 The Gateway Gators volleyball team (San Francisco, CA), was dropped 3-0 in Friday's non-league challenge with the host Galileo Lions (San Francisco, CA)
The Lions (1-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Immaculate Conception (San Francisco, CA). The Spartans enter the non-league challenge with a 0-1 record. In their last challenge, Immaculate Conception was dropped by South San Francisco (South San Francisco, CA), 3-1, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Gators meet the San Rafael Bulldogs (San Rafael, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, August 30. Gateway will attempt to move on its 0-2 season record. The Bulldogs enter the challenge with a 3-1 record after their 3-1 non-league win over St. Joseph Notre Dame (Alameda, CA).
