Pennsylvania High School Soccer - Halifax knocks off Big Spring
August 25, 2025: Halifax, PA 17032 In Monday's non-league outing, the host Halifax Wildcats soccer team scored a close 10-6 triumph over the Big Spring Bulldogs.
With the triumph, Halifax advances its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Wildcats host Line Mountain (Herndon, PA) to clash with the Eagles in a PIAA District IV-A test on Wednesday, August 27. The Eagles come into the bout with a record of 1-0. Line Mountain won 11-0 in their recent non-league game against Mount Carmel (Mount Carmel, PA)
The Bulldogs (0-1) will now prepare for their game against Trinity (Camp Hill, PA). The Shamrocks come into the Mid-Penn - Capital game with a 1-0 record. In their last game, Trinity edged Camp Hill (Camp Hill, PA), 6-2, in a league game.
