The Patriots (1-0) will now prepare for their battle against Cary-Grove (Cary, IL). The Trojans enter the non-league battle with a 1-1 record. In their last battle, Cary-Grove by Guilford (Rockford, IL), 3-0, in a non-league battle.
The Eagles now sport a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Glenbrook South for a non-league match on Thursday, August 28. Leyden will meet a Titans team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Hersey (Arlington Heights, IL). The Titans record now stands at 0-1.
