With the triumph, George Walton Academy improves its record to 7-2 on the year. The Bulldogs host Lake Oconee Academy (Greensboro, GA) to battle the Titans in a non-league match on Tuesday, August 26. The Titans go into the match with a record of 2-5. Lake Oconee Academy lost 8-0 in their recent non-league match against Social Circle (Social Circle, GA)
In their next game, the Tigers battle the Winder-Barrow Bulldoggs (Winder, GA) in a 5A Region 8 match, on Tuesday, August 26. Alcovy will attempt to better on its 0-7 season record. The Bulldoggs enter the game with a 3-5 record after their 4-2 non-league loss to Prince Avenue Christian (Athens, GA).
