In Monday's non-league challenge, the visiting Cary Academy Chargers volleyball team scored a 3-1 triumph over the Thales Academy Apex Titans.

The Chargers (3-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Cannon (Concord, NC). The Cougars come into the non-league challenge with a 2-4 record.

Next, the Titans meet the Wayne Christian Eagles (Goldsboro, NC) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, August 26. Thales Academy Apex will attempt to advance on its 0-5 season record. The Eagles go into the test with a 4-1 record after their 3-2 non-league win over Thales Academy Apex (Apex, NC).
