Pennsylvania High School Football - Mount Union sneaks past Huntingdon

August 26, 2022: Mount Union, PA 17066

The Mount Union Trojans (Mount Union, PA) football edged the visiting Huntingdon Bearcats (Huntingdon, PA), 7-0 in Friday's non-league bout.

In their next game, the Trojans face the Northern Bedford County Panthers (Loysburg, PA) in a Inter-County bout, on Friday, September 2. Mount Union will attempt to advance on its 1-0 season record. The Panthers enter the bout with a 1-0 record after their 40-33 league win over Southern Huntingdon County (Three Springs, PA).

The Bearcats (0-1) will now prepare for their bout against Philipsburg-Osceola (Philipsburg, PA). The Mountaineers enter the Mountain bout with a 1-0 record. In their last bout, Philipsburg-Osceola nudged West Branch (Morrisdale, PA), 49-20, in a non-league bout.
