In Friday's non-league match, the visiting Pass Christian Pirates football squad scored a big 56-20 victory over the Long Beach Bearcats.

In their next game, the Pirates clash with the Forrest County Agricultural Aggies (Brooklyn, MS) in a non-league match, on Friday, September 2. Pass Christian will attempt to move on its 1-0 season record. The Aggies enter the match with a 1-0 record after their 26-13 non-league win over Seminary (Seminary, MS).

The Bearcats (0-1) will now prepare for their match against St. Stanislaus (Bay St. Louis, MS). The Rock-a-Chaws enter the non-league match with a 0-1 record. In their last match, St. Stanislaus was crushed by D'Iberville (D'Iberville, MS), 41-14, in a non-league match.
