August 26, 2022: McKees Rocks, PA 15136 In Friday's non-league match, the visiting Mars Fightin' Planets football squad scored a good 34-26 victory over the Montour Spartans.
In their next game, the Fightin' Planets clash with the New Castle Hurricanes (New Castle, PA) in a non-league match, on Friday, September 2. Mars will attempt to move on its 1-0 season record. The Hurricanes enter the match with a 1-0 record after their 49-0 non-league win over Summit Academy (Herman, PA).
The Spartans (0-1) will now prepare for their match against Moon Area (Moon Township, PA). The Tigers enter the non-league match with a 0-1 record. In their last match, Moon Area dropped by West Allegheny (Imperial, PA), 41-0, in a non-league match.
