The Tussey Mountain Titans (Saxton, PA) football defeated the host Moshannon Valley Black Knights/Damsels (Houtzdale, PA), 28-14 in Friday's league bout.

In their next game, the Titans face the Windber Ramblers (Windber, PA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, September 2. Tussey Mountain will attempt to advance on its 1-0 season record. The Ramblers enter the bout with a 1-0 record after their 57-0 non-league win over Fairfield (Fairfield, PA).

The Black Knights/Damsels (0-1) will now prepare for their bout against Berlin Brothersvalley (Berlin, PA). The Mountaineers enter the non-league bout with a 1-0 record. In their last bout, Berlin Brothersvalley defeated Conemaugh Valley (Johnstown, PA), 42-0, in a league bout.
