The Polo Panthers held off the host West Platte Bluejays football team by a final score of 30-26 in Friday's non-league outing.

With the win, Polo improves its record to 1-0 on the season. The Panthers host Plattsburg (Plattsburg, MO) to confront the Tigers in a non-league outing on Friday, September 2. The Tigers go into the outing with a record of 0-1. Plattsburg lost 70-6 in their recent non-league outing against Maysville/Winston (Maysville, MO)

With the loss, West Platte moves to 0-1 on the season. The Bluejays travel to South Harrison (Bethany, MO) to confront the Bulldogs in a non-league outing on Friday, September 2. The Bulldogs go into the outing with a record of 0-1. South Harrison lost 48-14 in their recent non-league outing against East Buchanan (Gower, MO)
