August 26, 2022: Anthony, TX 79821 The Mayfield Trojans (Las Cruces, NM) volleyball overcame the host Anthony Wildcats (Anthony, TX), 2-0 in Friday's non-league outing.
With the win, Mayfield upgrades its record to 4-0 on the year. The Trojans travel to Loretto (El Paso, TX) to face the Angels in a non-league outing on Saturday, August 27. The Angels go into the outing with a record of 6-6. Loretto won 2-0 in their recent non-league outing against Santa Teresa (Santa Teresa, NM)
The Wildcats now own a 0-2 record. They play next when they host Patterson Institute for a non-league outing on Friday, September 2. Anthony will face a Lions squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Immanuel Christian (El Paso, TX). The Lions record now stands at 0-1.
