Alaska High School Football - Bartlett routs Juneau-Douglas/Thunder Mountain
August 26, 2023: Anchorage, AK 99506 The Bartlett Golden Bears football squad scored 56 points and restricted the visiting Juneau-Douglas/Thunder Mountain Huskies to 21 in the Golden Bears league victory on Saturday.
The Golden Bears now possess a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Soldotna for a non-league battle on Friday, September 1. Bartlett will play a Stars squad coming off a 76-7 league win over Palmer (Palmer, AK). The Stars record now stands at 3-0.
Coming up next, the Huskies play the Service Cougars (Anchorage, AK) in a Cook Inlet battle, on Saturday, September 2. Juneau-Douglas/Thunder Mountain will attempt to advance on its 0-3 season record. The Cougars enter the battle with a 1-2 record after their 33-25 league loss to Colony (Palmer, AK).
