The Southwest DeKalb Panthers football team (Decatur, GA), was beaten 48-36 in Saturday's non-league challenge with the visiting Tucker Tigers (Tucker, GA)

The Tigers (2-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Dacula (Dacula, GA). The Falcons come into the non-league challenge with a 0-2 record.

The Panthers now sport a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Decatur for a non-league challenge on Friday, September 1. Southwest DeKalb will meet a Bulldogs team coming off a 23-21 non-league win over Wesleyan (Norcross, GA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 1-1.
