Center Grove Trojans (Greenwood, IN) fans were pleased Saturday as they observed their soccer team prevail over the visiting Batesville Bulldogs (Batesville, IN), 6-2 in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Trojans confront the Franklin Community Grizzly Cubs (Franklin, IN) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, August 31. Center Grove will attempt to better on its 2-0 season record.

The Bulldogs now have a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Lawrenceburg for a challenge on Tuesday, September 5. Batesville will confront a Tigers team coming off a 1-0 league loss to East Central (St. Leon, IN). The Tigers record now stands at 0-1.
