August 26, 2023: Kiefer, OK 74041 Spectators at Saturday's league match between the Kiefer Trojans (Kiefer, OK) and the visiting Ripley Warriors (Ripley, OK), witnessed Kiefer's softball squad tip Ripley by a count of 7-4.
The Trojans now sport a 17-3 record. They play next when they host Coweta for a non-league match on Saturday, August 26. Kiefer will face a Tigers squad coming off a 7-6 non-league loss to Claremore (Claremore, OK). The Tigers record now stands at 5-10.
With the loss, Ripley moves to 15-5 on the season. The Warriors travel to Mulhall-Orlando (Orlando, OK) to confront the Panthers in a non-league battle on Tuesday, August 29. The Panthers go into the battle with a record of 4-5. Mulhall-Orlando won 17-0 in their recent league battle against Carney (Carney, OK)
