In Saturday's non-league contest, the Central Magnet (Murfreesboro, TN) volleyball squad were winner over the host Pope John Paul II Knights (Hendersonville, TN), by a margin of 2-0.

Next up, the face the Lebanon Blue Devils (Lebanon, TN) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, August 26. Central Magnet will attempt to better on its 8-4 season record. The Blue Devils go into the contest with a 1-4 record after their 3-1 league loss to Cookeville (Cookeville, TN).
