The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Fort Bend Austin Bulldogs (Sugar Land, TX) and the visiting Midlothian Heritage Jaguars (Midlothian, TX), saw Fort Bend Austin's volleyball squad nip Midlothian Heritage by a tally of 2-1.

With the win, Fort Bend Austin upgrades its record to 11-12 on the year. The Bulldogs travel to Sealy (Sealy, TX) to play the Tigers in a non-league bout on Saturday, August 26. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 16-6. Sealy won 2-0 in their recent non-league bout against Cypress Ridge (Houston, TX)

The Jaguars now own a 13-13 record. They play next when they host Dobie for a non-league bout on Saturday, August 26. Midlothian Heritage will play a Longhorns squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Fort Bend Travis (Richmond, TX). The Longhorns record now stands at 11-4.
