Freeman Mavericks (Richmond, VA) followers left the game thrilled Monday as they saw their volleyball squad notch a victory over the host Prince George Royals (Prince George, VA), 3-0 in a non-league battle.

With the win, Freeman improves its record to 1-1 on the season. The Mavericks travel to J.R. Tucker (Henrico, VA) to encounter the Tigers in a Colonial battle on Tuesday, August 27. The Tigers go into the battle with a record of 0-0.
