California High School Flag Football - Upland can't hold off Knight

Knight Hawks (Palmdale, CA) fans went home in high spirits Monday as they saw their flag football team tip the host Upland Highlanders/Scots (Upland, CA), 22-18 in a non-league battle.

With the win, Knight improves its record to 5-0 on the season. The Hawks host Vasquez (Acton, CA) to play the Mustangs in a non-league battle on Tuesday, August 27. The Mustangs go into the battle with a record of 0-1. Vasquez lost 18-6 in their recent non-league battle against Quartz Hill (Quartz Hill, CA)

The Highlanders/Scots now have a 2-4 record. They play next when they host Bonita for a non-league battle on Tuesday, August 27. Upland will play a Bearcats team coming off a 47-0 non-league win over Sierra Vista (Baldwin Park, CA). The Bearcats record now stands at 2-0.
