August 26, 2024: Bethesda, MD 20817 The Whitman Vikings soccer squad scored 2 points and held the visiting Potomac School Panthers to 0 in the Vikings non-league victory on Monday.
The Vikings now hold a 1-0 record. They play next when they host Seneca Valley for a non-league bout on Saturday, September 7. Whitman will play a Screamin' Eagles squad coming off a 5-2 non-league loss to Magruder (Rockville, MD). The Screamin' Eagles record now stands at 0-1.
With the loss, Potomac School moves to 0-1 on the year. The Panthers host Paul VI (Chantilly, VA) to play the Panthers in a non-league bout on Wednesday, September 4. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 0-0.
