Pennsylvania High School Football - Bald Eagle Area thwarted by Bishop Guilfoyle
August 26, 2024: Wingate, PA 16823 Bishop Guilfoyle Marauders (Altoona, PA) followers went home in high spirits Monday as they saw their football team achieve victory over the host Bald Eagle Area Eagles (Wingate, PA), 21-6 in a non-league battle.
With the win, Bishop Guilfoyle advances its record to 1-0 on the season. The Marauders host DuBois (DuBois, PA) to battle the Beavers in a non-league contest on Tuesday, September 3. The Beavers enter the contest with a record of 0-0.
Coming up next, the Eagles battle the Penns Valley Area Rams (Spring Mills, PA) in a non-league contest, on Monday, September 9. Bald Eagle Area will attempt to better on its 0-1 season record.
