August 26, 2025: Abington, PA 19001 Fans at Tuesday's non-league battle between the Council Rock North Indians (Newtown, PA) and the host Abington Galloping Ghosts (Abington, PA), saw Council Rock North's soccer squad knock off Abington by a count of 2-0.
The Indians (3-0) will now prepare for their battle against Bensalem (Bensalem, PA). The Fighting Owls enter the non-league battle with a 0-1 record. In their last battle, Bensalem by William Tennent (Warminster, PA), 6-1, in a non-league battle.
The Galloping Ghosts now sport a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Hatboro-Horsham for a non-league match on Thursday, August 28. Abington will meet a Hatters team coming off a 7-0 non-league loss to Central Bucks South (Warrington, PA). The Hatters record now stands at 1-2.
